Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Niyama Integrative Therapy. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and complex relational patterns. Many of the clients I work with are capable and high-functioning on the outside, while internally carrying chronic stress, unresolved trauma, or emotional exhaustion. You may be navigating burnout, relationship strain, identity shifts, or long-standing family dynamics that still shape how you move through the world.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, steady, & grounded. My goal is to help you understand your patterns clearly, build practical tools, & create meaningful change that translates into your everyday life. While I have training in somatic & integrative modalities, my therapy services focus on licensed clinical treatment within a structured & professional scope.

What you can expect from me

Together, we explore how past experiences, relational dynamics, & cultural context influence the present, while developing regulation skills, boundary clarity, & emotional resilience. My style is warm but direct. I value insight, accountability, & emotional safety in equal measure.
