Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Natalija! I offer individual and group therapy where you will have the opportunity to express your innermost feelings in a judge free setting with the full support and encouragement of another human.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in the importance of person-centered therapy using a multicultural lens. I use an eclectic approach to meet the needs of each unique individual. I have worked with individuals of various backgrounds who have experienced anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transition/adjustment difficulties, sexual dysfunction, grief, and addiction.

What you can expect from our first session

As a therapist, my goal is to form a space of acceptance, empathy, trust, and understanding, where ultimately you are the leader of your own journey. Together we will leap into what might seem like the unknown, and I will be by your side to guide you through your journey.
