Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) clinical social worker who has spent nearly a decade supporting students and families in school settings. I love working with children and young adults, and I'm growing my practice to welcome adults too. I'd love to help you take the next step.

My approach to therapy

I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-focused CBT, building on real strengths. Sessions are practical: we name what's getting in the way, build concrete skills, and track real progress together. I work especially well with children and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, and cultural identity.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you (or your child) and what's bringing you in; no pressure to have it all figured out. From there, we build a plan together. I offer sessions in Spanish or English, whichever is most comfortable for you.
