Great to meet you!

I’m a Board Certified Art Therapist in PA with a Master’s degree in Art Therapy from Cedar Crest College, with experience working across all age groups. I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ youth, young adults, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, anger, relationships, or social difficulties.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is humanistic, grounded in empathy and collaboration. I draw from Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to meet clients where they are and support them in creating meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you are encouraged to show up as your authentic self. I approach therapy with curiosity, empathy, and respect for your unique experiences and identity—especially if you’re part of the LGBTQIA+ community or exploring aspects of yourself that may have felt unheard or unseen.

Each session is a space for exploration, reflection, and growth.
