Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping clients navigate the effects of trauma, identity, and systemic oppression. My practice offers a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences without minimizing or justifying them. I also work with clients facing depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges and workplace stress—supporting you in building resilience, insight, and a renewed sense of balance.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach informed by Narrative Therapy, Relational frameworks, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also incorporating recovery-oriented principles. This combination allows me to tailor treatment to each client’s needs, helping to foster resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session focuses on gathering background information, discussing current concerns, and clarifying your goals for therapy. I’ll share more about my approach and answer any questions you have. Together, we’ll identify priorities and create an initial plan tailored to your needs and pace.
