Great to meet you!

I am committed to creating a relationship where my client will always feel comfortable being honest with me.

My client will always KNOW that I have his/her best interest in mind. I hold NO judgment toward anyone. My goal as a therapist is to assure clients that I will always do my best to assist them to achieve their goals beginning from where they are. I enjoy working with individuals as well as couples - young as well as more mature couples.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy encompasses more than one way when working with clients. The approach that I primarily use surrounds cognitive and behavior therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My counseling clients can expect me to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for them to explore their emotions, thoughts and behaviors. They can expect me to actively listen to them and provide encouragement, guidance, and support as they work through their issues and progress towards their goals. Additionally, they can expect me to be respectful of their values and beliefs and to be open to feedback and suggestions.
