Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m Natarsha Williams, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and human services and a master’s degree in clinical counseling from Clayton State University. I am a purpose-driven and inclusive therapist who values diversity and is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and wholeness.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem, suicidality, interpersonal relationship concerns, academic stress, and family issues.

It is my goal to help you understand who and what has shaped how you see yourself, others, and the world. Together, we will work to build positive connections within yourself and with others, and equip you with tools for resilience, healthy coping, and strong social support as you navigate life’s challenges.

If you're looking for a safe and affirming space to explore your story, process your emotions, and grow in confidence and self-understanding, I’m here to walk that journey with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and curiosity. I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual I serve.

What you can expect from me

I always utilize our first session as an introductory session. Think of it as the trailer to your life story. During the first session, I ask questions to help me gain an understanding of who you are and what has shaped you. By the end of the first session, my goal is to understand what has led you to therapy and how I can assist you with making your goals a reality.
