Great to meet you!

I love my job! I love seeing people happy. I get to help people realize their worth, their strength, and how to have healthy relationships, which I've found leads to happiness. I've attended Spelman College, Columbia College, and the University of Arkansas. I've chosen to specialize in helping people to solve problems and have better relationships. If you're struggling with decisions, personal growth, life changes, anxiety, sadness, or in any of your relationships, I would love to help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to have fun with my clients as we build a therapeutic relationship. My approach is eclectic and dynamic because we are all different and complex as individuals. Yet, as human beings we all want to feel loved, understood, and valued. I help people find insight into their past and present; develop self love and awareness, and teach them skills to be more successful in their life and relationships.

What you can expect from our first session

My focus is to listen to you, learn your story, and explore the patterns of thinking and behavior that may be keeping you stuck in pain, conflict, or anxiety. I will focus on solutions with you, and because we are partners, just as much work happens outside of session as inside. I try to give my clients homework or food for thought at the end of each session. If you are ready to find and fight for the life that you deserve. You don't have to do it alone. I will be with you every step of the way.
