I am an Analytically Trained Adult, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who sees people from ages 0-99 who need help with the biopsychosocial aspects of their day to day living that may not be aligning with their needs and aspirations en route to becoming the best version of themselves they want to be.
I work within a frame that I strictly adhere to in order to bring about the best therapeutic potential there could be in our relationship. The goal is for you to become or become again the principal agent of your history and thought.
Whereas the immediate outcome is symptom relief, I aspire for you to have and want goals beyond that and be the agent of how you will get there. I will encourage, educate, assist and even coax, but you need to forge your own way.
