Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I am a licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience helping people navigate life's challenges, relationships, and traumatic events. I have worked in multiple settings including hospitals, community clinics, and have devoted my time to private practice for the last seven years. I work with adolescents (13+) and adults from all walks of life. I strive to support individuals who are struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as more complex dynamics.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Psychotherapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In therapy, I use an individualized approach and treatment model for each person. I begin by attempting to fully comprehend your story, what makes you unique. My psychological understanding and tools can only take us so far, and I believe that the relationship we build is at the epicenter of healing. I integrate various tools and evidence-based approaches to provide relief and work collaboratively with my clients to reduce symptoms, tech skills, and manage difficult situations over time.

What you can expect from our first session

Through warmth and compassion, you can expect to feel welcomed, understood and safe. I strive to work collaboratively with each individual, utilizing a non-judgmental approach to ensure you feel comfortable. The process for individual therapy is meant to empower clients and to help improve one's ability to manage stress, anxiety, depression, challenging relationships, and past hurtful experiences. Treatment is tailored for each person's specific situation and needs in effort to produce successful and long-lasting results.
