Great to meet you!

You may be the person everyone counts on... the responsible one, the strong one, the one who usually figures things out. But that doesn't mean you always feel confident, calm, or put together on the inside.

I'm Natasha Bryant, LCSW, and I help individuals who are navigating anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the emotional exhaustion that can come from carrying too much for too long.

I especially enjoy working with high-achieving women who struggle with perfectionism, people-pleasing, boundaries, or feeling pressure to always have it together. My goal is to create a space where you don't have to perform, prove yourself, or have all the answers. You can show up as you are.

I believe therapy should help you understand yourself more deeply while also giving you practical tools to create meaningful change in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, practical, and strengths-based. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so I tailor our work to your needs, goals, personality, and experiences.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based approaches to help you recognize the connection between your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and behaviors. We'll look beyond the immediate problem to identify the patterns underneath it such as overthinking, avoidance, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or difficulty setting boundaries.

Insight is important, but I also want therapy to help you create change outside of our sessions. We'll work together to challenge unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping and emotional regulation skills, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of responding to yourself, your relationships, and life's challenges.

For clients who desire it, I can also integrate Christian principles and faith into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about helping me understand you, not expecting you to have everything figured out before you arrive.

We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what's been happening in your life, what feels most difficult right now, and what you'd like to be different. I'll also ask questions about your history, relationships, strengths, coping patterns, and other experiences that may help us better understand what you're currently navigating.

You can also ask me questions and get a feel for how I work. From there, we'll begin identifying your goals and developing a direction for therapy together.

You won't be expected to tell your entire life story in one session. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer about what we're going to work on together.
