Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Arizona with over 20 years of experience working with individuals with a wide range of concerns, including women's health, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD, grief/bereavement, and life challenges.

My specialty is helping others navigate the complexities of relationships, perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, infertility, postpartum, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, anxiety and depression. Hormonal shifts, fertility struggles, and reproductive transitions can make someone feel disconnected from themself, exhausted, and deeply misunderstood. Whether you are navigating the unpredictable waves of perimenopause, managing the daily emotional and physical toll of PCOS, enduring the heartbreak of infertility, or struggling with the overwhelming vulnerability of anxiety and depression. I am here to help you find your footing again.

In my practice, you do not have to minimize your symptoms or fight through them in isolation. Together, we will create a safe, compassionate space to process the grief, anxiety, and frustration that often accompany these life chapters.

My approach to therapy

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model. We will combine evidence-based practices tailored exactly to your unique goals and daily energy levels:

CBT: To interrupt looping thoughts and build practical tools for managing anxiety

Mindfulness Techniques: To help you reconnect safely with your body and find moments of calm amidst physical and emotional stress.

Motivational Interviewing: To gently clarify your needs, discover your strengths, and help you advocate for yourself in your healthcare journey.

I believe that the therapist and individual take the journey together in order to achieve a successful outcome. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

What you can expect from me

I offer 100% virtual therapy sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You can access deep, meaningful support from the comfort and privacy of your own home-no stressful commutes or waiting room required.

I usually request that we do weekly sessions for the first 4-6 weeks and, if progress is being made, taper down to every other week until we agree on discharging. The homework I assign involves practicing the skills that we talk about in session. Homework is not supposed to be stressful. These sessions are your sessions, so I want to make sure you get what you need during the one hour we meet a week.
