Great to meet you!

I use a wide variety of techniques rooted in attachment; including the use of mindfulness, art, pop culture, and IFS to help you create understanding and growth and to resolve past traumas, overcome anxiety, improve your self-esteem, and conquer life transitions. I strive to create a collaborative environment that is safe, confidential, and open-minded for those embarking on their therapeutic journey.

My approach to therapy

Being raised in an urban environment, I saw firsthand how there were often cracks in the systems that are designed to help people struggling with their mental health. I wanted to make sure that people had access to quality mental health care, which led to me starting my career by working with individuals and families who had experienced trauma. I am also passionate about working with individuals who are neurodiverse, part of the LGBTQ+ community, and "geek" communities.

What you can expect from me

I firmly believe that you shouldn’t feel judged for your interests, lifestyle, or identity; rather, you should have the opportunity to embrace them as integral components of your life. In our work together, we will collaborate and I will meet you where you are at so that you can leverage your strengths, interests, and natural support systems to change your life for the better.
