Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel a lot like finding the right hairdresser—you’re trusting someone new, and it takes the right connection to make it work. Sometimes it just clicks, and other times, it may not be the right fit. That’s okay. What matters is finding a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

I believe that sometimes, simply being heard can make all the difference. While listening is a vital part of healing, I also strive to equip you with practical tools to help you get the most out of therapy.

My approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with vast experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural Family Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy—to tailor sessions to your unique needs. Whether you're navigating ADHD, behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum experiences, family struggles, or foster care issues, we can work together to find a path forward.

I’m also the author of Receive, a book that reflects my clinical approach through a Christian lens. If integrating faith into your therapy is something you’re interested in, I offer Christian counseling upon request. That said, I’ll always honor your beliefs and never impose my own. If you've experienced hurt within a church setting, I can also be a compassionate support as you work through those wounds.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to walk alongside you as you process emotions, gain insight, and discover meaningful solutions. After each session, I hope you feel more empowered, confident, and equipped with tools to navigate your life with greater clarity and peace. Most importantly, you’ll have a judgment-free space where you can show up as yourself.

I truly love what I do and feel honored to be part of each client’s journey.
