Natasha Carew, DNP, PMHNP-BC, ACNP-BC provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to children ages 6 and older, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Using a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach, she tailors treatment plans to meet each individual's unique needs, goals, and life experiences.

With more than two decades of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Natasha combines extensive clinical expertise with a deep understanding of the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence emotional well-being. She is committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.

Natasha believes in collaborative, patient-centered care and works closely with patients and families to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their values, preferences, and goals. She emphasizes shared decision-making, education, and evidence-based treatment strategies to help patients achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in their mental health and quality of life.

In addition to her clinical practice, Natasha serves as a professor and has taught psychiatric and behavioral health at Rutgers University, Ramapo College of New Jersey, and University of Pennsylvania. Her academic experience allows her to remain current with emerging research and best practices in psychiatric care.

Natasha treats a variety of conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), insomnia, and behavioral concerns. Her goal is to partner with patients and families to foster resilience, emotional wellness, and long-term success through individualized, evidence-based care.
