Great to meet you!

I earned my undergraduate degree in Educational Studies at Denison University in Granville, Ohio and then my Masters of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I always strive to create a safe, empathetic and compassionate environment in every interaction. My primary areas of interest are professionals experiencing burnout or compassion fatigue, trauma, and anxiety/stress.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I strive to create a non-judgmental and relaxed space where you can process your past experiences and learn from your struggles. I enjoy being a part of my clients’ transformation as they are discovering the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in working with stressed out professionals, individuals experiencing life transitions, communication issues, or relationship problems. I can help you understand your triggers and learn new coping skills that will help you feel more confident and find a new sense of hope and healing.
