Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides trauma-informed therapy for adults, with a focus on anxiety, perfectionism, and attachment-related concerns. I earned my degree from the University of Alabama and have specialized training in evidence-based, attachment-focused approaches.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and supportive. I focus on creating a safe space where clients feel understood and not judged. Therapy with me is paced thoughtfully and centered on helping you feel more grounded and in control.

I specialize in anxiety, perfectionism, and attachment-related concerns, including people-pleasing, relationship anxiety, and chronic self-criticism. Together, we work on building emotional regulation skills, increasing self-compassion, and understanding patterns that may be impacting your relationships and well-being.

Clients often describe my style as calming, validating, and easy to talk to. My goal is to help you feel more secure, confident, and balanced in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, my focus is on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’d like to work toward, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we’ll begin identifying clear, manageable goals, such as reducing anxiety, easing perfectionism, or improving relationships. Clients often leave the first session feeling understood, grounded, and clearer about next steps.
