My approach is warm, supportive, and honest. I create a nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, while also helping you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I do more than simply listen. I ask thoughtful questions, provide feedback, and offer practical tools you can use outside of therapy.
I use trauma informed, attachment focused, cognitive behavioral, and person centered approaches based on your individual needs. Together, we may work on reducing anxiety and overthinking, setting healthier boundaries, improving relationships, building self confidence, and becoming less critical of yourself. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more secure, empowered, and in control of your life.
