Great to meet you!

I’m Natasha Edwina, a licensed marriage and family therapist with certifications in mindful coaching, hypnosis, and nutrition, plus an advanced degree in Mind-Body Medicine. I love helping people feel empowered, healthy, and alive. My specialties include relationships, healing from abuse (including narcissistic and emotional abuse), ADHD, anxiety, depression, female sexuality, and self-worth, often blending spiritual insights with deep personal healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based and client-led, designed to get to the root of things quickly by working with all layers—mind, body, spirit, as well as intergenerational patterns. The basis of my approach is a culturally sensitive blend of Mind-Body Medicine, Bowen Family Systems Theory, transpersonal psychology, positive psychology, and lifestyle/wellness coaching.

What you can expect from our first session

In the first session/s we focus on building a safe container of trust and connection with curiosity about the life you want to create, and what's gotten in the way. I want you to be fully heard, seen, felt, and understood before I make any recommendations. I encourage you to trust your own intuition and higher self when making decisions, even with my recommendations. I teach discernment and listening to your intuition from a calm place, and healing the nervous system.
