Great to meet you!

I’m Natasha, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 10 years of experience across the medical field, including inpatient mental health and working in high-demand environments providing crisis support and intervention. I specialize in supporting women as they navigate life transitions, including the perinatal period, personal relationships, and seasons of change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a heartfelt conversation. When you choose to be vulnerable and share the parts of your life that may be difficult to talk about, that deserves to be handled with care. I don’t take that trust lightly. My approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based clinical practice. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you feel safe being open and honest. Building rapport and a trusting therapeutic relationship are important to me because meaningful therapy begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is formal, but informal—it’s a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying what you need from the process. My goal is to create a space and a plan that are specific to you, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

You set the pace, and I’ll meet you there. At the same time, I may challenge you to look at things differently, step outside of what feels familiar, and consider what moving forward could look like for you.
