Great to meet you!

Natasha Harris-Butler, LCSW, LSCSW has worked in the field of social work since 2006, supporting individuals and families through complex life challenges. Her background includes medical social work, case management, and clinical therapy. As a licensed clinical therapist, she now focuses on helping clients navigate divorce, relationship crossroads, and other life events.

Natasha provides compassionate, person-centered care for clients - helping them manage stress, anxiety, grief, and other emotions that can arise.

Guided by her Christian faith, Natasha helps adults tap into their inner strengths while cultivating clarity, resilience, and an undivided heart. She welcomes all clients, regardless of gender, faith, or background.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, structured, and insight-oriented. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and faith-based principles to help clients understand how past experiences shape present beliefs, behaviors, and emotional patterns.

I believe healing happens when individuals feel seen with understanding — not judged, rushed, or “fixed.” Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns, explore the impact of relational wounds or life transitions, and build practical tools for emotional regulation and resilience.

I especially enjoy working with women navigating divorce and major life transitions, supporting them as they rebuild identity, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and spiritual grounding.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to slow down and begin feeling understood. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what feels most pressing right now, and what you hope will feel different in your life.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your history, current stressors, and emotional patterns — but there’s no pressure to share everything at once. We move at a pace that feels steady and respectful.

By the end of our first session, you can expect greater clarity about your goals and a sense of direction for our work together.
