Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you are used to handling everything on your own. You do not have to navigate stress, anxiety, or life’s challenges alone. I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. My work incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, and supportive therapy to help individuals better understand patterns, build healthier coping skills, improve emotional balance, and create meaningful, lasting change in a supportive and nonjudgmental space.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to share your story, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we will identify goals and begin creating a plan that feels supportive and meaningful to you. I strive to provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being open, heard, and supported.
