Great to meet you!

Everyone needs someone to talk. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for 12 years, working with individuals has always been a privilege, helping them deepen self-awareness, reflect on life experiences, and learn new skills to become their best version. My goal is to empower and inspire others every day.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and experience. When we work together, we become partners in your therapeutic journey. We'll focus on learning and growing so that you can see and feel the change you desire. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from our first session

I always begin with an introductory session, during which you can share your story and discuss what you would like to gain from therapy. Together, we will work on developing your counseling goals. I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and open environment where you can comfortably share and be vulnerable while feeling secure.
