Great to meet you!

I work with individuals and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what comes next. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, grief, or difficulty with past experiences. They may have been carrying things on their own and are ready for a meaningful change. At that point, I am there to support along the way. My clients often come to therapy because they want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, develop healthier coping skills, and feel more confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I help those seeking therapy to build strength and adaptable skills to move towards their personal and professional goals. My approach is person-centered, career focused and strength-based, creating a supportive environment where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward support can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure where to begin. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I offer a welcoming, supportive space where you can feel heard, respected and understood.
