Great to meet you!

I believe that at the core of our emotional well-being and connections lies the profound influence of attachment. Drawing from my expertise in Attachment Theory, I guide couples towards transformative growth by fostering secure bonds and nurturing authentic relationships.

I'm Dr. NaTasha Jones. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapist in North Texas. I work with couples to help them heal from attachment trauma.

My approach to therapy

Attachment doesn’t only affect the way we perceive others and our relationships with them; it also affects how we see and feel about ourselves. Healing an insecure attachment might be challenging, but it is achievable. Attachment disturbances are some of the biggest challenges faced in psychotherapy today. Studies indicate that more than 72% of the U.S. population suffers from attachment disturbances.

What you can expect from me

Relationships are a central part of our lives - after all, we are social beings with an innate need to belong. For this reason, cultivating attachment security is the key to building and maintaining healthy, balanced, and long-lasting partnerships.

My mission is to provide you with the necessary insight, skills, and inspiration so that you can develop a sense of security and feel safe both in relationships and on your own.
