Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling from The University of Akron and have 10+ years of experience working in behavioral health across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a variety of emotional, relational, and mental health concerns. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I have experience supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, relationship challenges, and family stress.

My approach to therapy

Together, we look at the patterns, experiences, emotions, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, while also building on your strengths and capacity for growth. I implemented from evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Ego State Therapy, while always tailoring the work to your unique needs. Some clients come to therapy wanting practical tools and coping strategies, while others need deeper healing, insight, or space to process long-held pain. Often, it’s a blend of both. In addition to therapy, I also offer clinical supervision for therapists seeking support in their professional growth and clinical development.

What you can expect from me

I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood.

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and my hope is that the experience feels grounding and approachable from the very beginning. My work is rooted in compassion, connection, and the belief that meaningful healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported in ways that honor their individual story.
