Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). My mission is to provide quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to individuals across the entire lifespan.

In my practice, I bridge the gap between rigorous science and human connection. I utilize evidence-based guidelines enriched by years of clinical experience, personal observation, and seasoned clinical judgment. Beyond the clinic, I am a passionate mental health advocate and educator, roles that allow me to stay at the forefront of psychiatric care and community wellness.

My background includes extensive training in managing a wide array of mental health conditions. Whether you are navigating life transitions, trauma, or chronic mental health challenges, I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe that mental wellness is not just the absence of illness, but the presence of resilience and balance. My approach is person-centered, meaning I treat you as a whole individual rather than a set of symptoms. I integrate several therapeutic frameworks to tailor care to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to build a foundation of trust. You can expect a thorough, unhurried assessment where I listen to your story, concerns, and goals.

We will look at your health through a holistic lens, considering biological, psychological, and social factors. By the end of our first meeting, we will begin developing a collaborative treatment plan designed to achieve the best possible outcomes for your long-term well-being.
