Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Natasha! As a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, stress-related disorders, and adjustment issues. My approach combines traditional therapy with holistic and culturally aligned methods to support the mind, body, and spirit. I’m the founder of Health, Wellness & Integrated Care, a boutique private practice in Nevada, where I offer therapy and clinical consultation. In addition, I develop mental health programs, train professionals, and advocate for accessible healthcare services for children and families. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or a loved one, I’m here to guide you on your journey to healing and well-being.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist I have learned every client is unique in their experiences. Their sense of themselves, their outlook on life, needs and expectations are individualized and no single method or theory is helpful to everyone. I approach each client and session with an open mind, and self awareness while exploring with the client what was, what is, and what can be.

Integrating the 8 Dimensions of Wellness Model with emphasis on the mind, body and spirit connection, clients will begin to process, explore and gain insight and skills needed to address challenges in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment where they are empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I aim to help clients gain clarity on their challenges and develop effective coping strategies. Together, we work towards creating balance and alignment between the mind, body, and spirit, addressing emotional, mental, and stress-related concerns.

Typical goals include:

  • Reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma
  • Building resilience and emotional regulation
  • Improving self-awareness and mindfulness
  • Enhancing coping skills to manage stress and life transitions
  • Developing healthier, more authentic connections with oneself and others

My approach combines traditional therapy with holistic, culturally aligned methods, allowing clients to experience healing from a comprehensive perspective. Whether addressing personal struggles or managing life changes, my focus is on creating lasting, positive change for each individual.
