I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring challenges, building insight, and developing healthier patterns. I integrate evidence-based techniques as well as relational and strengths-based.

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable or even intimidating, so I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe sharing at their own pace.
