Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in educational, forensic, and clinical settings. I graduated with a Master of Arts from Adelphi University in School Psychology and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Walden University. Additionally, I am a certified Behavior Analyst. This diverse background has equipped me with a unique skill set in counseling, psychological evaluations, and court-ordered assessments and addressing a wide range of psychological and behavioral issues.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a space where you can express yourself without judgment and work through problems to find effective solutions. I consider you the expert on your own experiences, while I serve as a guide to help you navigate your journey. My approach is supportive and warm, and I strive to be open-minded, using our time together to enhance your skills and implement strategies for addressing your concerns. My goal is to empower you to eventually use these skills independently.

What you can expect from me

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Additionally, I hold certifications in trauma, anxiety, anger management, depression, and family issues. I have experience working with both children and adults.
