Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Natasha, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions—especially those who appear high-functioning but feel overwhelmed internally.

I provide thoughtful medication management combined with supportive, practical therapy strategies in a steady, collaborative way. My goal is to help you feel clearer, more balanced, and more in control, without feeling rushed or overmedicated.

I currently offer telehealth appointments and am accepting new patients.

My approach to therapy

Everyone’s story is different, and treatment should reflect that. I take time to understand what you’ve been experiencing and what you want to feel different in your life. Together, we build a plan that feels practical, manageable, and aligned with your goals.

My approach integrates medication management with supportive and cognitive behavioral strategies to help you develop lasting tools. I value open communication and want you to feel informed, respected, and involved in every step of your care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a comprehensive but comfortable conversation. We’ll talk through your current concerns, your history, and what you’d like to improve, so we can develop a clear and realistic treatment plan together.

If medication is appropriate, we’ll discuss options thoughtfully, including benefits and risks. There’s no pressure to make immediate decisions—I value careful, collaborative care.
