Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Loss, and Sleep disorder

Great to meet you!

It can be difficult to seek help. I’m here to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space to support you. I work with adults to address concerns such as: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and grief. I have specialty training in treating anxiety, including pre and postpartum anxiety, panic attacks, and health anxiety. I also help adults with work related issues, including managing imposter syndrome and perfectionism, and helping create work/life balance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will support you in creating change in your life (such as challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors), while also accepting, as painful as it may be, difficult emotions and life circumstances. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and self-compassion based mindfulness approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

Overall, I love working with clients to collaborate to create a set of goals, whether it be helping you live a more joyful and meaningful life, navigate the existential questions that come with loss and grief, or create a space to become more compassionate to yourself and others in your life. Contact me to discuss how I can help you!
