Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Natasha Saifabad, LMFT.

One question I often get asked is, “Why did you become a therapist?” The honest answer is that I grew up with a front row seat to the impacts of mental health. Going through that it taught me the importance of compassion, patience, and how powerful it can be to feel truly understood.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University. I've been practicing for 9 years now, and it's been an honor to support adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, relational trauma, self-esteem struggles, and addiction.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need a safe space to figure things out, I'm here to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward meaningful change. I work with individuals 18 and older and strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth are possible.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique experience. I am primarily drawn to trauma-informed work and incorporate EMDR to help clients process trauma and dismantle stuck emotional patterns.

What you can expect from me

What clients can expect from our work together is a space where you feel heard, supported, and guided toward healing. My hope is that you leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical tools for managing life’s stressors, and a deeper understanding of your emotions, relationships, and patterns. Whether we’re navigating anxiety, relationship issues, or past wounds, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you truly are.
