Great to meet you!

From the moment you walk in, or log on, you'll feel the difference. My goal is for therapy to feel less like an appointment and more like a conversation with someone genuinely in your corner. I'm warm, direct, and deeply committed to helping you move forward, not just talk in circles. I bring both English and Spanish to our sessions, so you can show up fully in whichever language feels most like you. Whether you're navigating anxiety or just trying to figure out your next move, I'm here to help you get unstuck and actually feel better — not someday, but step by step, starting now.

My approach to therapy

I use motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy to help you get clear on what you want and build a real path to get there. I'm not here to hand you a generic framework — I listen closely to the details of your situation before we ever talk about next steps. That said, I'm action-oriented at heart. We'll dig into what's going on, and then we'll make a plan. Every session, we're moving toward something. I work with clients navigating anxiety and am fluent in helping people bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

What you can expect from me

Before we even meet, I'll send you some questions to fill out — take your time with them, because your answers help me understand your world before we sit down together. In our first session, we'll go over confidentiality so you know exactly what our space protects. Then we'll review your responses and start building our rapport organically — no quizzes, no awkward icebreakers, just a real conversation. My job in that first hour is to make you feel heard and comfortable, so that from session two onward, we can hit the ground running.
