Great to meet you!

You may have spent years trying to understand why certain experiences still affect you, why relationships keep falling into the same patterns, or why anxiety, grief, or painful memories make it difficult to feel like yourself. Maybe you're navigating ADHD, feeling disconnected from the person you used to be, or going through a major life change that's left you questioning who you are and what comes next. With over a decade of experience, I bring genuine curiosity, compassion, and honesty to helping people understand not just what they're struggling with, but what has shaped them along the way. Through Sana Libre, I've created a space where you can show up as you are, feel understood without judgment, and begin becoming the person you want to be.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and willing to go beneath the surface. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, while I bring questions, perspective, tools, and challenge to help you better understand yourself and move toward what you want. I use an integrative approach, drawing from strengths-based, narrative, culturally responsive, and mind-body practices based on your needs and goals. Together, we will explore patterns, build on the strengths and wisdom you already carry, develop new skills, and make room for different perspectives and possibilities.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and beginning to understand what brings you to therapy. We will talk about what is happening in your life, what feels most important right now, and what you hope might be different. You do not need to have the “right” answers or even know exactly where to start; we’ll figure that out together. My hope is that you leave feeling seen, heard, and understood, with more clarity about what our work together could look like and whether I feel like the right fit for you.
