Great to meet you!

Therapy is never easy and making life changes is scary. It is hard work to unpack root causes and concerns but once we find effective ways to cope a new version of yourself can become a reality. You will regain control of your life.

As a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Addictions Counselor and a certified Trauma Specialist, I will be able to use therapeutic modalities to assist you with regaining self sufficiency.

I look forward to our journey!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is quite unique as I feel that it’s important for you to know that I do not use one specific modality. I work hard to tailor treatment based on your needs, using techniques that will be most effective for you. I’m very person centered, and my years of experience have taught me that in order for progress to be made it has to be something you were comfortable with. Remember, therapy is a gift that you’re giving yourself, I am here to simply help navigate your journey.

What you can expect from me

Our work will focus on goals that have positive outcomes for you. I make sure to take every measure so you are comfortable and ready to make changes that are lasting. We will work to create goals that are realistic and attainable. At times you will be asked to go below the surface, digging deep to find issues that are distressing and have led to maladaptive behaviors. During our sessions we will identify coping strategies to equip you with healthy tools to use daily.
