Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting children, individuals, and families through life’s most challenging moments. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am certified as a trauma-informed clinician. My work spans school-based counseling, crisis intervention, and now includes mental health screenings at a Mental Health Walk-In Crisis Center. I'm also a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.

My approach to therapy

What makes my practice unique is my grounding in energy psychology—a mind-body approach that helps clients shift deeply held belief patterns. I integrate this with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help people recognize and rewire the cognitive distortions that often keep them stuck in cycles of pain or fear. By addressing both thought patterns and underlying energy blocks, we work together to create a new, empowering perspective on trauma and build a stronger emotional foundation.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, past trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strength, reframe your story, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
