Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual Latina therapist — I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and I bring lived understanding of what it means to navigate mental health across cultures. I work with adults who are carrying real things: trauma, grief, anxiety, PTSD, and the particular weight that comes from being in between worlds. I specialize in EMDR, a highly effective approach for trauma that works even when talking alone doesn't feel like enough. I'm also an affirming provider for LGBTQ+ and transgender clients. I trained at Temple University and hold my LCSW in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I genuinely believe therapy should feel like a conversation — not a performance.

My approach to therapy

Expect to be heard, not assessed. Our first session is a conversation — I'll ask what brought you here, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping for. You won't be handed a diagnosis or a treatment plan on day one. We'll take our time. By the end, you'll have a sense of whether this feels like the right fit, and we'll map out what working together might look like. Book your first session — I'm currently accepting telehealth clients across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, our primary goal is to help you feel comfortable and get to know one another. We will create a warm, low-pressure environment where we can discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll begin mapping out a collaborative plan and setting realistic, gentle goals for our work moving forward.
