Hello my name is Natasha Simon and I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I hold a master's degree in Social work from USC and I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field providing individual , family, group and couples therapy.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and collaborative. I use principles of psychodynamic therapy, CBT and DBT. I adapt my treatment to best fit your needs and I believe strongly in the therapeutic relationship.
I make sure to co-create a space where you can feel safe to be you and embark on your journey of self-discovery and healing. I meet you where you are at and welcome you without judgment. My purpose as your therapist is to be resource and tool to assist you with becoming empowered to make positive changes and healthy choices in your life.
