Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. With a strong foundation in family systems theory, I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns rooted in early family experiences. I'm particularly passionate about working with individuals who desire to live free from fear, shame, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative, considering the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. I create a warm, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. I'm committed to helping each client develop practical tools, deepen self-awareness, and move toward lasting healing and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and grounded in a family systems perspective. I believe that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are deeply influenced by our relationships and early life experiences, so I work with clients to explore these patterns and understand how they show up in their current lives.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be open and honest. At the same time, I am intentional about helping clients build practical skills and insights that lead to meaningful change. I often work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

For clients who desire it, I also integrate faith into the therapeutic process, recognizing the importance of the mind, body, and spirit in overall healing. My goal is to help clients grow in self-awareness, break unhelpful patterns, and move toward a more balanced, peaceful, and purpose-driven life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming and supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and at ease. During this time, we will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your current concerns, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and attainable for you. I take a collaborative and holistic approach, so we will work together to understand your experiences within the context of your relationships, past experiences, and overall well-being. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment while also providing practical insight and tools to support your growth. By the end of the session, clients often leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and hope for the work ahead.
