My approach to therapy

Dr. Smith practices a collaborative, holistic, and evidence-based approach to care, treating individuals of all ages. She focuses on building lasting rapport and ensuring her patients feel genuinely heard, partnering closely with those committed to positive change and empowering them with the tools needed to reach their personal goals.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with Dr. Smith, you can expect an open, welcoming, and collaborative environment where your voice, concerns, and personal goals are genuinely heard without judgment. The initial focus is on establishing a strong, long-lasting rapport so you feel supported and understood from day one. Together, you will explore your background and current challenges—whether related to conditions like ADHD, depression, anxiety, or addiction—and begin defining clear, personalized goals for your care. By the end of the visit, the outcome is a shared roadmap that combines evidence-based strategies with the practical tools and knowledge you need to start making meaningful, positive changes in your life.
