I am a LCPC with over 20 years experience in the mental health field. I work with clients on a variety of challenges and struggles including anxiety, depression, past trauma, stress, relationship issues, codepedency issues, low self-esteem, life transitions, communication issues and boundary setting.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe and warm environment where I support clients on their journey toward healing and growth. Some approaches I utilize are CBT, Solution focused therapy, mindfulness, trauma informed care, positive psychology and mindfulness.

Clients can expect to feel heard and validated in a calm, non-judgmental and safe space. Clients will receive coping skills/tools to better equip them to manage and/or overcome their struggles. Clients can expect to feel supported on their journey to healing and growth.
