Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. If you’re here, you’ve already begun—and I’m here to support the rest of the way. I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and identity shifts. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in empathy. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface to help you move toward clarity, fulfillment, and lasting change.

I’m Natasha, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Colorado native with over 20 years of experience helping people reclaim their power and purpose. After a broad career in social work, I now focus my private practice on working with adults navigating emotional, relational, and professional barriers.

My approach to therapy

Real growth begins with acknowledging your thoughts, emotions, and experiences—bringing awareness to what’s present so we can move forward with intention. I tailor each session to your unique needs, integrating evidence-based modalities like CBT, solution focused and narrative therapy. We’ll explore both present-moment experiences and childhood themes that shape how you relate to yourself and others.

I ask the questions you’ve likely asked yourself—but haven’t said out loud. My style draws from the Socratic method, using reflective prompts that help you think more deeply about your patterns and beliefs. I won’t hand you solutions, but I’ll support you in discovering your own. Discomfort may arise, but it’s often the doorway to growth.

We begin by acknowledging what’s already within you and giving space for your story to unfold. I bring a forward-thinking, task-oriented lens from my background in case management, helping you stay grounded and intentional in your progress. Humor and laughter are part of the process too—because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. I welcome feedback and collaboration, and I’m not afraid to admit when I make mistakes. Therapy with me is a partnership: imperfect, honest, and deeply human.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll ask questions to better understand your current stressors and hopes for therapy. You’ll have time to share your story, reflect on what’s been weighing on you, and begin building a personalized plan that feels aligned with your values and goals. We will work on a plan together to achieve what it is that you are needing in your healing.
