Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Natasha. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified School Social Worker (CSSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Connecticut. I treat adolescents, adults and older adults, providing support for a range of challenges including ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and chronic illness. I have spent a significant portion of my career providing direct support to vulnerable populations including individuals with disabilities, chronic illness, or who are experiencing socioeconomic challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is much-deserved time to unwind and process at your own pace, in a safe and supportive setting. I partner with you to explore the challenges that you are experiencing, maximize your inner strengths, and develop solutions that align with your personal values.

What you can expect from me

Ultimately, my goal is to create a therapeutic environment where you are respected and prepared to take control of your life. You should feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
