Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has extensive experience supporting individuals and families through challenging life transitions.

I have worked across diverse service settings, helping clients navigate mental health needs, family dynamics, crisis situations, and access to resources. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals like you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the importance of developing a therapeutic relationship and allowing the client to become acquainted with their inner self and reveal the root cause of their pain. My counseling approach is focused on individuals, groups, couples, and families with grief, depression, self-esteem, behavioral disturbances, and other psychosocial stressors. In this short-term, collaborative approach, the focus is to help the individual become self-aware and self-confident and gain insight into how beliefs, values, or attitudes influence behavior.

What you can expect from me

I address psychosocial stressors, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief, substance abuse, and anxiety. I approach each person with empathy and respect, tailoring treatment to meet their unique goals. I believe in the importance of creating an empathetic therapeutic relationship and a safe environment to facilitate self-confidence, empower clients to facilitate change, and achieve personal goals.
