Great to meet you!

Hello!

For more than a decade, I’ve worked in residential and outpatient treatment programs helping individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges. Those years of experience have given me a deep appreciation for how complex and personal the recovery process can be. Transitioning into private practice allows me to provide more personalized support and meet clients wherever they are in their journey. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. You’re in the driver’s seat — my role is to help guide, support, and offer tools as you move toward what matters most. I take a strengths-based approach that focuses on empowerment, growth, and helping you make the most of your time in therapy. Together, we explore what you want out of life, what's getting in the way, and what steps are necessary to overcome those obstacles and get you where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin identifying what you want from therapy. You can expect a relaxed, supportive environment where you can share at your own pace with no pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll explore your goals, discuss what’s working and what isn’t, and start shaping a plan that fits your needs. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, heard, and confident about the direction we’re heading.
