Great to meet you!

I am currently welcoming new clients into my practice. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and major life transitions. For over two decades, I have supported individuals through many forms of emotional suffering, drawing on my background as a psychologist, educator, and mindfulness teacher. I believe that suffering is a universal part of being human, but you do not have to face it alone. We will work together to understand your unique story, strengths, and aspirations. My goal is to help you build a healthier relationship with your thoughts and find deep meaning in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, engaged, and intellectually curious. It is completely normal to feel nervous before starting therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming, collaborative space free from judgment where you feel genuinely understood. Rather than just listening, I am actively engaged and curious. Together, we will explore new perspectives in a compassionate environment that supports your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Therapy offers a powerful opportunity to cultivate lasting resilience and self-understanding. You do not need to have everything figured out right now. By bringing awareness to the patterns that shape your life, you can discover greater freedom, reduce reactivity, and move forward with renewed hope, deeper connections, and a stronger sense of purpose.
