Great to meet you!

I believe that healing in therapy doesn’t have to be all serious business—there’s plenty of room for humor and lightness, even when dealing with the toughness of life. Life can be messy, complicated, and sometimes difficult, and I’m here to help you make sense of it in a way that feels real, relatable, and maybe a little less overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard and understood—no judgment, just a supportive partnership on your journey toward growth.

My approach to therapy

I’m a therapist who leans into a blend of approaches, making sure that the techniques I use are tailored to you. My approach includes elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, mindfulness practices, among many others, with a big emphasis on building a strong, trusting relationship. I believe that making small shifts in how you think, feel, and act can have big ripples in your life, and I’ll be right there with you as we navigate it all.

What you can expect from me

I’m a big fan of the "not every therapy session needs to be life-altering" perspective. Sometimes progress is small but important. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, or just feel "stuck," I’m here to help you break things down, figure out what works for you, and take it one step at a time.
