Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to helping people feel understood and supported in their mental health care. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative — we’ll work together to find what actually helps you feel better. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m especially passionate about providing affirming, inclusive care and creating a space where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are. My goal is to make this process feel approachable, effective, and worthwhile.

My approach to therapy

My practice is primarily focused on psychiatric medication management, with an emphasis on creating a collaborative and supportive treatment environment. I incorporate supportive psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and solution-focused approaches during visits when helpful, but I also recognize the value of specialized therapy for deeper ongoing therapeutic work. When appropriate, I encourage collaboration with dedicated therapists and am happy to help connect patients with trusted local providers.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what matters most to you. I’ll ask a several standard questions as part of the process, but the space is yours—you’re welcome to take the lead or let me guide, depending on what feels most comfortable. We’ll talk through your goals and explore options like medication, therapy strategies, or a mix of both. Together, we’ll start building a plan that feels supportive, practical, and aligned with where you want to go.
