Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey with experience working with children, teens, and adults. I have worked with individuals and families. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, and the effects of internal or external stressors. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to guide and support you as you develop a better understanding of yourself, recognize patterns, and build skills to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to create a space where you can be open and honest while feeling supported and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and individualized to each client. I believe you know yourself best, and my role is to help you explore your experiences, identify patterns, and develop tools that make your challenges feel more manageable. I utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while incorporating different techniques based on your needs and goals. We may explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, boundaries, and how past experiences may be influencing your present. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be honest without judgment while also feeling encouraged to grow and make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other and creating a foundation for our work together. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of the process. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences while giving you space to share what feels important to you. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and areas you would like to work on. You don’t need to have everything figured out before your first session. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of how we can work together moving forward.
