Great to meet you!

You may feel caught between different expectation who your family wants you to be, who your culture says you should be, and who you are becoming for yourself. Maybe you're struggling in a relationship, having difficulty setting boundaries with family, questioning where you fit, or feeling like certain parts of your identity don't seem to have a place in the spaces around you. I work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, women's issues, cultural and ethnic identity, and the experiences of LGBTQ+ clients who want a space where their relationships, identity, and lived experiences can be explored without having to explain or defend who they are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. Together, we'll explore how your relationships, family dynamics, culture, identity, and past experiences may be shaping the way you communicate, set boundaries, make decisions, and see yourself. Whether you're working through relationship conflict, navigating expectations from family or culture, exploring your identity, or trying to feel more confident in your own choices, I'll meet you with curiosity and without judgment. Our work will focus on helping you better understand yourself while building healthier relationships and a stronger sense of what matters to you.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can be a place to have the conversations you may not feel comfortable having anywhere else. You don't need to minimize your experiences or choose between different parts of who you are. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing and work toward relationships and a life that feel authentic to you. Together, we'll identify what you want to change, what you want to protect, and what moving forward on your own terms can look like.
