Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Nathalie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space for children, adolescents, and adults. I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, grief and loss, relationship and family challenges, parenting concerns, and major life transitions. With experience in behavioral health and medical settings and training in trauma-informed care, I take a collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally responsive approach that considers the whole person and their unique experiences. As a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking therapist, I value the role of culture, family, and identity in emotional well-being and work alongside clients to build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and compassionate, with a focus on creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach while tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs, experiences, and goals. I help clients explore patterns, better understand and regulate emotions, develop practical coping skills, strengthen relationships and boundaries, and navigate difficult life experiences. Whether I am working with a child, adolescent, or adult, I believe in meeting clients where they are and working together toward meaningful and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and create a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic to you. I also value transparency, so we’ll review what you can expect from the therapeutic process, including communication, scheduling, boundaries, confidentiality, and other important logistics so you feel informed and comfortable moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clear understanding of what our work together can look like.
